We are a small team of passionate mental wellness advocates on a mission to build a mental wellness platform dedicated to uplifting mental health and allowing us to be our best possible selves. It will serve as a catalyst to therapy outcomes as well as a steady companion to each one of us along our journey to a mentally healthy and joyful self.

Twenty-five percent of the funds raised will directly support Isha Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to human well-being. The remainder of the Funds will go towards building a mental wellness platform.

Caring for your mental wellness is a gift to others, not just yourself!
Mental wellness does not just impact an individual; it impacts those around them and the quality of their relationships- it’s called Emotional contagion.
Emotional contagion is a well-established scientific phenomenon that explains how emotions spread between people-not just behaviorally, but neurologically and physiologically.
It means that in daily life, emotions such as happiness, anger and sadness can be “transmitted”, like an infection, from one person to another in a short time. Each person is an individual emotional sensor, and emotional contagion can not only change people’s emotions but also act as a signal to affect the emotions of others.
The Challenge
Goal: Log 500 hours of collective mindfulness activities that boost the feel-good hormones.
Engage in one or more of the following mindfulness activities. Try to choose 1-2 activities for the duration of the challenge.
Meditate daily
Creates the space needed for self reflection and also releases happy hormones.
Meditate daily with the Miracle of Mind app or choose your own
Nature Hikes
Releases feel-good hormones and reduces over-stimulation of nerves
Use Alltrails (for nature hikes)
Gardening
Releases feel-good hormones and reduces over-stimulation of nerves

Journaling
Can be therapeutic and help identify patterns and reflect on them
